Swedish Massage
If you’re looking for relaxation, there’s nothing better than a Swedish massage. If it’s your first time or you don’t get massage often, Swedish massage is the best place to start. It is one of the most commonly offered massage therapy. The therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil or lotion to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It is designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue is similar to Swedish massage but your therapist applies slow, firm pressure to several layers of muscle, tendons, and other tissues around deep within the skin to release muscle tension. It is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Hot Stone Massage
If you’ve just gotten over a head cold or you just need to escape the daily grind and want to rejuvenate your mind and body, a hot stone is a perfect choice! A hot stone massage uses heat to help you relax, ease and soothe the tired, tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The hot massage stones are heated to between 125 and 145 degrees that retain heat. Massage therapists may hold heated stones as they massage your body using Swedish massage techniques. It can help relieve muscle tension and pain, reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, and relieve chronic pain.

Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy is an exciting time. It can also be exhausting, your body is changing everyday. A prenatal massage is a great way to help ease stress, promote relaxation, and relieve all those new aches and pains. Our therapists are specially trained in how to position and support your body throughout the massage. You lie on your side (side-lying), propped up with pillows. Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. It can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy, help the mother-to-be prepare for labor and give her nurturing emotional support.

Stiff muscles and joints are not only painful, they often limit your range of motion. Our stretch therapy will enhance your flexibility, increase your mobility, improve your posture and circulation. Rapid Tension Relief with Percussion Massager
Rapid Tension Relief uses rapid percussion massager to relieve muscle tension in targeted areas.
